Little League Mission Statement

Little League Baseball, Incorporated is a non-profit organization whose mission is "to promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways, the interest of those who will participate in Little League Baseball." Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, the Little League program assists youth in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork, and physical well-being. By espousing the virtues of character, courage, and loyalty, the Little League Baseball program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.

Felton Little League Mission Statement

Felton Little League's mission is to empower our community's youth through the joy of teamwork, discipline, leadership, and the love of baseball & softball. Committed to providing a safe, affordable, and well-organized program, we aim to inspire a lifelong passion for the game while instilling values that extend beyond the field. Together, with the help of volunteers and parents, we can cultivate a community where every player discovers their potential, builds lasting friendships, and embraces the spirit of sportsmanship.
